Do you make custom cakes?
Absolutely! If you’re dreaming up something special, say a wedding, anniversary, your cat’s baby shower,… just fill out our request form on the website. We’ll work our magic and get back to you with all the details!
How do I place an order?
It's super easy! Just hop onto our website, pick out your favourite treats, and choose the first available date to have them delivered or picked up. Easy peasy!
What dietary options do you offer?
We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan, or just want the regular goodies, we’ve got something for everyone. Just keep in mind that everything is made in the same kitchen, so we can’t guarantee no cross-contamination, but we try our best!
How much notice do I need to give to place an order?
For regular orders, you will see that the 1st available dates are always 3 full days after you make your order. If you’re looking for something custom or extra special, a little more lead time is always appreciated!
Do you deliver
You bet! We offer delivery within a specified area. When you place your order, you’ll see delivery options available. If we don’t deliver to your area, no worries – you can swing by and pick it up yourself!
Do you cater to special dietary needs?
We sure do! While we cater to a variety of dietary preferences (gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and more), we can't guarantee no cross-contamination since everything is made in the same kitchen. Got questions? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to help!
Can I pick up my order in person?
Of course! If you prefer to pick up your order, just select the pick-up option when you order. We’ll have your treats ready to go when you arrive!
How do I choose my delivery or pick-up date?
It’s all set up for you! Our website automatically shows the available dates, so you can pick the first available one or any date you want your treat(s) for.
What if I need to make changes to my order after I've placed it?
Life happens! If you need to make changes, reach out to us ASAP. We’ll try our best to accommodate you, but once the order’s confirmed, changes can be a bit tricky so we can’t guarantee anything. But hey, we’ll always try to work things out!
